We are still kicking it!

We are alive! I can’t believe I haven’t had a second of time to write on here.  It makes me sad, because Mason has been so active and this is my way of keeping up with everything.  We have had some HUGE changes lately.  In the last month we, put an offer on a new house and moved, I took a new job, Mason started a new school (because we moved), and I have been traveling TONS!  When I say I have been traveling tons, I mean I have been gone more days than home.  So, while I have been home I have been focusing on spending every minute with Mason, Michael, and Gabby.

I have still been taking tons and tons of pictures, so don’t worry.  Mason has been doing some super fun things lately and I can’t wait to share.  My big boy is 7 months old now.  Last time I checked, he weighed in at almost 20lbs. I need to get out the tape measure and check out how long he is getting.  During month 7, he was wearing 6-9 month clothing.  Jebber Jabbering a lot! I love it.  He loves his Mommy, Daddy, and Sister so much.  He cannot wait to get a hold of Gabby.  He turns in circles trying to get to her.  He has become very squirmy and wants out of my arms and into the floor.  The only time he lets me hold him like a baby is when he is tired.  He still sleeps great.  8pm to 7am most nights.  Bedtime is easy.  Each night he gets a bottle, bath every other night, and pjs on.  I lay him in bed and walk away.  He is out in a matter of seconds.  Easy little guy.

About Us

My photo
Michael and I have been together since 2006. We met in college at the University of Arkansas and began our life together. We bought a house and moved to Fayetteville from the Chicagoland area in November 2009. We were married in 2010 and had our first child, a boy, in 2013. Our favorite thing to do together is travel and we have gotten the opportunity to go to lots of fun places. We are working, breathing, playful parents. Our fur baby and child are the center of our crazy life, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
