Weekend Daddy Free

Daddy went on his annual boys golf trip. We stayed home and played. Michael’s cousin came down to stay with us, and it was great. It is nice having a little extra help when you have a crazy toddler running around. When he wasn’t acting like a crazy kid, he was awfully cute sleeping. We had several naps together. I love a good snuggle with Mason. He is on the go so much any more that we don’t really get a lot of snuggles. While Daddy was away we went on a lot of walks around the block. Mason loves outside. It was a little cooler this weekend, so we didn’t get into the pool. Poor Mason doesn’t understand why Gabby can get into the pool anytime and he can’t. Plus he is getting so brave and wants to jump into the pool constantly. Such a peaceful baby. Mason loves Gabby sooooo much. He really likes to try to ride her, but he is happy laying on her. She tolerates him doing this. She will move when she is over his love. On Sunday, we were waiting for Daddy to get home and Mason was sleepy. He was trying to stay awake, but he gave into it. 5 seconds later…asleep!We took a nap while we waited for Daddy to come home. Love this little boy more than anything…He just makes me so happy!
